The Sussex remodel involves the transformation of three office units tailored for prospective tenants, each designed with its own distinct character. CD+CO was tasked with revitalizing the spaces through new millwork, updated finishes, thoughtfully designed boardrooms, and strategic programming. Each unit follows a curated colour palette of light, medium, or dark tones, determined by window placement, natural light exposure, and overall square footage. Located in Mississauga, the project is scheduled for completion in 2026.
