A new high-rise residential community is taking shape on Grove Street West in Barrie, Ontario. Developed by SkyDev, part of the Skyline Group of Companies, Sky Towers is a multi-phase, master-planned apartment development that will make a meaningful contribution to the city’s housing supply. Once complete, the project will deliver 928 rental suites to the Barrie community.
Phase 1, now under construction, features two high-rise buildings—Tower A at 25 storeys and Tower B at 27 storeys—scheduled for completion in 2027. This phase will introduce 541 new rental suites, including 32 affordable housing units, establishing Sky Towers as a landmark addition to Barrie’s growing urban fabric.
