This contemporary presentation centre for Madison Group is inspired by retail design and the bold colour palette was selected to add drama and appeal to an urban demographic. The presentation area has a modern crisp white backdrop, custom chevron dimensional accent wall, natural wood flooring and black detailing to allow Madison’s product be featured. The design concept flows into the vignette areas and is accented with deep teal, burnished ochre and aged brass detailing adding depth and character to this modern space. In addition to the interiors of nu towns presentation centre, we worked with a team to develop marketing collateral which includes a virtual tour, virtual tour stills along with dollhouse section and 3D views to visualize the stacked townhome product.

  • This virtual tour allowed Madison’s clientele to visualize the various living spaces within the offered in the townhome product. The crisp white walls, trim and millwork are grounded with the dark greyed wood flooring. Accent colours in jewel tones of emerald, coral and gold in various combinations, give character to the interiors.

  • An interactive dollhouse was used to help the buyer clearly understand the intricate floor plan configurations available within this stacked townhome product. Individualized colour, materials and finishes were used within each interior to distinguish the unit type and configuration. The accent colour was then used to outline each unit type to reinforce this distinction. Inquire with us for more visuals.
