frenchman’s bay

The design aesthetic for this Madison Group’s Frenchman’s Bay presentation centre is “a modern twist on a coastal atmosphere” inspired by its proximity to the shores of Lake Ontario. Contemporary finishes were used with neutral whites and taupes, offset with pops of copper, black and navy to create a ‘coastal glam’ interior. In addition to the interiors of Frenchman’s Bay presentation centre, we worked with a team to develop marketing collateral which includes an interior rendering for the brochure as well as a full virtual tour and stills for the larger detached homes.

  • As part of the marketing brochure for Frenchman’s Bay, CD&CO assisted in creating this rendering to showcase the larger kitchen and terrace walk-out that are available for these unique townhomes. In keeping with the coastal atmosphere, the rendering incorporates soft tones of pebble greys and sand, accented with the warmth of copper lighting and accessories.

  • The virtual tour was created to bring to reality the larger detached home product situated in this development. The concept was inspired by the natural environment of the marina just minutes from the development. Natural soft whites envelop the whole home and contrast with the dark grey-brown room dividers, accent kitchen cabinets and select furniture pieces. Tones of moss and sage green along with clear glass and aged brass lighting and trim set the scene for a welcoming and inviting home.
