In this final phase of the site’s development, the existing Cornell Rouge presentation centre was re-imagined and renovated to suit the contemporary residential designs that Madison Group are offering. In keeping with Madison’s clean graphic corporate imaging the presentation centre is a sharp contrast of black and white with injections of green tones inspired by the surrounding nature of Rouge Park.
