The inspiration for Lancaster Homes Charing Cross presentation centre was based on their campaign to encourage their buyers to “Go East”. The lenticular wall mimics movement by applying graphics to each side of vertical fins allowing buyers to see different images as they move around the space. The circular graphic shape was repeated in the ceiling, media wall as well as a cutout frame for the finish packages offered by the builder. In addition to presentation interior, we worked with a team to develop the marketing collateral which included the amenity renderings.
