Lancaster Homes engaged us to design the condominium amenities and common areas at Charing Cross Development. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding nature trails and expansive landscapes, we developed details like a metal screen evoking the veining of oversized leaves and wood-slat-clad fireplaces flanking both sides of the lobby to bring natural warmth and texture to the space. These elements, along with the warm colours in the furniture, reinforce the connection to nature and creating a striking focal point upon entry.
The presentation center for the Charing Cross Development was designed to reflect their “Go East” campaign. A lenticular wall creates a sense of movement through graphics applied to alternating sides of vertical fins, revealing different images as viewers move through the space. This circular motif is echoed in the ceiling design, media wall, and a cutout frame showcasing the builder’s finish packages. Beyond the interior environment, we collaborated with the marketing team to develop collateral materials, including the amenity renderings and virtual tour.
