This future development for First Avenue, is a boutique midrise condominium, just north of the city. The interiors feature tones of blue and warm woods, to present a distinguished lobby enveloped within an angular, glass form. Developing all the amenities and common spaces within the building, we worked in collaboration with Channel 13-creative agency and LNG studios-rendering studio to create the marketing collateral for a future launch.
