This project has allowed us to collaborate with PineMount Developments and RAW Architects to develop and design the amenity and common areas for this 6-storey purpose-built rental building in the Old University Neighbourhood of Guelph. The interiors will be defined by using layering of geometric shapes as a reflection and repetition of the building’s exterior detailing. Colour blocking within the spaces will aide to emphasize the geometric shapes created. Stay tuned….Expected completion in 2025
