Welcome to Brooklin! A new state a living inspired by an energetic and nostalgic vibe.

Influenced by the 1990s Fresh Prince of Bel Air era and the timeless characteristics of Brooklin NYC,  the interior concept of this presentation center is a seamless balance of BOLD + BRIGHT with nodes of historic charm. The interior space promotes a lifestyle that inspires energy, growth, and future – all of which reflect the Madison Group brand and the Brooklin community to be developed. Understanding the assignment, Create Design & CO. creatively designed the Brooklin Presentation Center with every intention to deliver an experience. The interiors welcome visitors with an open concept of tall ceilings, never ending natural light and creative displays to communicate information about the development. As one travels through the space, they will transition through an interactive social moment and into a fully scaled model vignette filled with intense colour and print, unexpected curated pieces, and specifically procured details. Every square inch of this project was designed with every intention to create an unforgettable experience, evoke an emotion, and capture a lifestyle at Brooklin.

wilson west condos

Step into Wilson West. Inspired by the exterior of this 12-storey condominium architecture, the amenity and common spaces exude a modern, industrial vibe infused with old world details. A generous volume of space is created by using double height glazing to surround the 2-storey lobby. In keeping with the overall mood, the multipurpose lounge offers a contemporary, luxe feel. This project is a collaboration with First Avenue Developments, Architecture Unfolded, Channel 13 and LNG Studios…launching 2023.

gorman park rental suites

Working in collaboration with ICON Architects, this 9-storey purpose-built rental building is being developed by PineMount Developments. We were inspired by the multi-skewed corten clad balconies, located on the architectures exterior, to incorporate sweeping angles into the interiors of the amenities and common areas. The design intent is to create a streamlined, angular, white canvas injected with bold accents of colour to highlight the unique amenity spaces we have developed. The expected completion is Fall 2025.

Clean lines, modern forms and a balance of drama and subtly provides the perfect backdrop for the bold products of this high-end boutique. Strategic lighting and calculated spacing showcases each brand in their own right. The grand runway entrance and lasting impression is key for an impactful shopping experience.

Mila by Madison is where Midland meets Lawrence. These contemporary rooms are a combination of warm subtle textures and patterns with bold finishes and neutral accents.

charing cross presentation centre

The inspiration for Lancaster Homes Charing Cross presentation centre was based on their campaign to encourage their buyers to “Go East”. The lenticular wall mimics movement by applying graphics to each side of vertical fins allowing buyers to see different images as they move around the space. The circular graphic shape was repeated in the ceiling, media wall as well as a cutout frame for the finish packages offered by the builder. In addition to presentation interior, we worked with a team to develop the marketing collateral which included the amenity renderings.

The Grove is a new boutique condo at Queen and Pape that builds on Leslieville’s storied charm and independent vibe. This 28-unit-building is a contemporary contrast to the charming Victorian architecture and industrial heritage of the surrounding neighbourhood. It features a warm and earthy palette, inspired by natures colours, textures and patterns.⁠⁠

166 college avenue west: guelph rental suites

This project has allowed us to collaborate with PineMount Developments and RAW Architects to develop and design the amenity and common areas for this 6-storey purpose-built rental building in the Old University Neighbourhood of Guelph. The interiors will be defined by using layering of geometric shapes as a reflection and repetition of the building’s exterior detailing. Colour blocking within the spaces will aide to emphasize the geometric shapes created. Stay tuned….Expected completion in 2025

charing cross condos

Lancaster Homes tasked us with developing the condominium amenities and common areas for this BiLD Best Mid-Rise Building Design award finalist – Charing Cross. We drew our inspiration from the surrounding nature trails and vast, wide open spaces. The lobby features a metal screen fashioned to replicate the veining of oversized leaves, a stylized tree branch hung from the ceiling and wood slat clad fireplaces flanking both sides to add natural warmth to the space. Over the next year we will be working diligently with Lancaster Homes, Fieldgate Construction and 4 Architecture to bring this development to life.

The kitchen in this home is positioned as the architectural cornerstone of the main floor. The rich walnut, sleek matte black flat paneled cabinetry anchor and frame the large kitchen island abutting the square vertical post design feature. Tan and navy furniture contrast to the light wood floors and crisp white walls. Strategically placed gold and black accents add highlights to this modern sophisticated home.
