Working in collaboration with ICON Architects, this 9-storey purpose-built rental building is being developed by Pinemount Developments. We were inspired by the multi-skewed Corten clad balconies, located on the building exterior, to incorporate sweeping angles into the interiors of the amenities and common areas. The design intent is to create a streamlined, angular, white canvas injected with bold accents of colour to highlight the unique amenity spaces we have developed. The expected completion is Fall 2026.
